To Begin each day with a selfish mindset will inevitably only end up, as one full of frustration and disappointment.
Each day that passes in our lives has a feeling of becoming shorter, yet feels as though it’s filled with greater expectations, it is in these days that spending time with the family seemed to be numbered…
Those exciting Soccer matches, the choir finale and that special dinner with a special person, all went by the ‘way side’ because of our hectic, self propagated days.

Begin each day from this day forth, with a new approach on life. From the very first moment look to see how you can serve others, they say the KEY to finding one’s spirit, is to give first.
So after you awake in the morning, begin to look for positives about people and cease seeking out the negatives, those things you commonly point out to others as flaws…
Make a cup of coffee for your partner, wave to your neighbour, smile to that person who cut you off on the way to the office, you know that there is more than just a ‘middle finger’ on each of your hands don’t you…?

- Stop cutting people off on your frantic dash to the morning meeting, you slept in, not them….
Give yourself space, late or early…. You are where you are… BE THERE !

How many times have you driven to a destination and wondered, how on earth you made it there, as if some teleporter took out the middle man so to speak….
